In Life Studies lessons, it is aimed to raise individuals who have basic life skills, who are self-aware, who live a healthy and safe life, who absorb the values of the society they live in, who are sensitive to nature and the environment, who research, produce and love their country.
In order to achieve this goal, there are the themes of Life at Our School, Life at Home, Healthy Life, Safe Life, Life in Our Country and Life in Nature in our lessons taught under the same name in our 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades in relation to daily life.
During the elaboration of these themes, students develop their awareness of responsibility towards themselves and their environment and lay the first foundations of being socially conscious citizens. With trips made in relation to daily life, students also find the opportunity to internalize the topics of this lesson while learning by doing and living. In individual and group work, students are offered opportunities to have many skills such as being respectful, creative, empathetic, curious, environmentally sensitive and observing.
