Physics is an applied science that studies the interaction between matter and energy and makes logical explanations about the events taking place in the universe. The aim of the physics course is to raise productive individuals at peace with themselves and their surroundings, having internalized that physics is life itself, able to solve the problems that it will encounter using scientific methods, analyzing the interactions between physics, technology, society, and the environment, developing positive attitudes and behaviors for themselves and their environment, having the information literacy skills required by the information society, expressing their thoughts impartially and in the most effective way.
For this purpose, in physics courses, It is aimed our students;
• to understand the nature of scientific inquiry,
• to relate the principles and methods of physical science with events and/or situations in daily life,
• to develope the ability to collect data, analyze the data collected, and interpret the results,
• ability to produce functional projects, comprehensive and original designs and inventions,
• to realize the effect of physical science on social life, economy and technology,
• to develop their observation skills.
